What this looks like

Three forms, depending on what you need.

Teaching

A live session where I show your team what these tools do, what they don't, and where the real risks are. People leave knowing how to use one thing properly.

Building

I make the tools. A drafting assistant, a research brief generator, an internal reference. It runs in your browser, with no login and no vendor to pay.

Untangling

For teams and individuals that have already started, but it isn't working. I find where the workflow breaks, fix that part, and optimize the entire set-up.

What it’s actually for

Most teams I meet are doing the work of ten people with five, and hiring their way out isn't in the budget.

Hours saved only matter because of what you spend them on instead: the relationships, the mission, and the work only your people can do.

My focus is enablement. I teach toward the day you don't need me, the same as I have for ten years of freelance work, nearly all of it referred.

Expect documentation you own, prompts you can edit, and an honest answer when the thing you're asking for isn't worth building.

How I work

A client asked me a simple question about her website.
Would her writing be used to train AI?

The short, specific answer was no, but the true, accurate answer took a few minutes and came with several conditions.

What I won’t do

I won't help you replace people with software. My north star is human-centered AI enablement, not replacement.

I won't put your data somewhere you don't understand. Everything I build has a human approval step before anything gets filed, sent, or synced.

I won’t tell you to use AI when it’s unnecessary or inappropriate for the project. That comes up fairly often.
